Monday the 17th October - Monday 24th october.

We had a guest speaker this morning who was showing her work, I can't spell her name. Her work was pretty awesome and what was awesome was that most of her work wasn't on a tripod, and she was using an older style medium camera instead of the modern DSLR's that most of us use which is pretty amazing.

After the guest speaker there was another field trip and I was suppose to go with sam in her car but i got another migrane headache that was making feel really sick so sam and stephanie took me home to grab some of my medicine and then we went and got her laptop charger. and then picked up crystal. I feel bad because they missed the field trip to help take care of me, so we decided that we would do some school work instead. We started with looking at what crystal needed to do and we started working on her make up photography. she started with me on halloween make up.

i dont have a single photo of my make up at this stage but this is what she did to all three of us. 

I tried doing some silhouette photography but had no luck because there isn't anywhere here that had any flat surface that was empty everything blocked out my models when i was trying to take the photos. 

Monday night I didnt get any sleep at all and i was struggling all tuesday but after school stephanie's mum came and picked us up and we drove all the way to mission bay to try and get some more photos for me, we went up st josephs memorial hill to try get some and i thought i was doing well while taking the photos but when it came to wednesday and i looked at the photos on the computer none of these photos were useable so i guess i was to tired to actually see what i was doing. 

When it came to the long weekend I had alot more luck. we spent saturday at armegeddon and in the evening we went to sams house and worked on more of their photography but on sunday and monday Since there was no school because of labour day. I had more luck with my photography me stephanie and stephanie mum traveled all over auckland to try different locations and got some amazing oppertunitys. i definately got some photos that i can use for this, this time, I would like to take more photos though so i could get more of a variety. 

Saturday week 10 - Samantha's house

Stephanie, Dorothy and myself all met at the Manurewa mall for sammie to come pick us up to go back to her house, so we all could work on our projects, crystal was meeting us later but had some issues with work and couldn't make it. In the end, I didn't get any silhouette's like i had hoped because we couldn't find a place in walking distance but later in the evening we managed to do some long exposure light painting which turned out well.  but we had to stop early because While i was in a middle of a shot I got a sudden migraine and i couldn't see ending up falling over. so we went and sat down for a while before going home. But here are some of the photos that we did with the light painting and some general ones. 

there is some possibilities here, I could throw some into photoshop and cut out the lights part and place a person in front of one of these.
